1. Services & Engagement
Shush Media provides professional video post-production services, including long-form video editing, short-form viral cuts, 3D motion graphics, and audio mastering. Specific deliverables, quantities, and timelines are confirmed via written statement of work or monthly retainer agreement.
2. Turnaround Times & Delivery
Standard turnaround time for initial video drafts is 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of all required raw footage, audio stems, and project briefs. Rush delivery timelines are subject to prior agreement.
3. Revision Policy
We offer unlimited revisions on all active retainer plans until the deliverable aligns with the approved creative brief. Revisions that fundamentally alter the approved script, scope, or raw footage provided after master cut completion may be quoted separately.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Upon full settlement of all project invoices, the client receives full, unencumbered commercial ownership and global copyright to the final exported video masters. Shush Media reserves the right to showcase approved final exports in its professional portfolio and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is executed in writing prior to production.
5. Payments & Invoicing
Monthly retainer plans are invoiced in advance of each 30-day billing cycle. Project-based commissions require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining 50% due upon final master delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shush Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from algorithmic platform changes (e.g. YouTube or TikTok policy updates) or client-supplied copyrighted materials.
